Power Chariots runs three guided electric pedicab tours of downtown San Diego: 30 minutes for $40, 60 minutes for $70 and 90 minutes for $95, per person. Your driver is your guide, and you pay before you ride.

All three tours run through the Gaslamp Quarter, and the 30-minute Downtown Highlights tour takes in the arch on Fifth Avenue.

How booking a tour works
Group tours
Each chariot carries up to 6 riders. For a bigger group, we send several chariots that ride the route together. For weddings, company outings or anything you'd like quoted as one booking, use the event request form.

How much is a pedicab tour in San Diego?
Power Chariots tours are priced per person: $40 for the 30-minute Downtown Highlights tour, $70 for the 60-minute Bay & Downtown tour and $95 for the 90-minute Grand Downtown tour. You pay before the tour starts, and the price doesn't change.
Where does the tour pick us up?
Anywhere inside our downtown service area: Little Italy, North Embarcadero, the Gaslamp Quarter, East Village, the Convention Center, Seaport Village, Sherman Heights or Barrio Logan. Choose your pickup spot when you book.
How many people fit on one chariot?
Up to 6 riders per chariot. Bigger groups book several chariots and ride together. Kids under 5 ride free on an adult's lap.
Can I start a tour on the spot?
Yes. Book ahead online, or start one on the spot by texting or calling (619) 648-4847 or scanning the QR code on any Power Chariot. Tours run daily from 11am to 2am.
Is the tip included?
No. Tips are optional and go 100% to your driver, who doubles as your guide.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 15 minutes or more before pickup for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded, and if we cancel for weather, safety or equipment you get 100% back. See the refund policy.
