Belongings
Please take your belongings with you. We're not responsible for items left behind, but we'll try to return anything a driver finds. Contact us as soon as you can.
Safety and risk
Pedicab rides take place on public streets alongside traffic. Our drivers are trained and follow our safety rules, but you ride at your own risk to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Power Chariots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fare you paid for that ride. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under California law.
Photos and media
Chariots carry brand wraps and may appear in photos or video taken on public streets. We won't use an identifiable photo of you in our marketing without your permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in effect when you book apply to that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts of San Diego County.
